Sony formalizes new televisions at CES. The manufacturer has unveiled 8 new models, some claiming to be “the world’s first cognitive intelligence televisions”.
Among the new televisions from Sony, there are 5 BRAVIA XR models respectively baptized Master 8K LED Z9J, Master OLED A90J and OLED A80J followed by 4K LED devices X95J and X90J. As for other strengths of these BRAVIA XR televisions, Sony mentions the integration of Bravia Core and Google TV. The first is a platform that offers access to a selection of films and classics signed by Sony Pictures Entertainment. It incorporates Pure Stream technology to allow high-end quality. For its part, Google TV brings together personalized content such as movies, shows or shows. Users can create lists to easily find their favorite videos.
Finally, Sony indicates that this new range of televisions is compatible with HDMI 2.1 functionalities as well as with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant smart assistants.
